James Lochner is the Office Manager of the Cape Town office and is a registered Professional Engineering Technologist. He completed his National Higher Diploma (T4) in Civil Engineering in 1993 and has spent all his career at various consulting engineers in South Africa. He has extensive experience in the planning, design, contract administration and project management of urban and rural land development projects. He specialises in the project management of subsidised housing projects and has a vast knowledge and insight with respect to the planning and implementation of these projects.
