Lumko Mhlauli is a Director and Chairman of the board of Lukhozi and is the Office Manager of the East London office. He graduated with a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering in June 1992 and has spent a number of years in the diamond mining and processing as well as the automotive industries in South Africa before joining the consulting engineering sector. He has extensive experience in infrastructure development planning and implementation management both in the public and private sectors.
