Louis Coetzer is a Partner and Director of Lukhozi and a manager of the East London office from where he oversees the structural division of the company. He is registered as a Professional Technologist in Structural Design and in Water Network Design. He is also registered with the NHBRC and as a Professional Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP. His career commenced in 1978 with 6 years at Dorbyl Heavy Engineering and the balance of his career has been with various consulting firms. He has extensive experience in the planning, design, contract administration and project management of structural steel, structural concrete, and water supply projects.
