Corkwood Square Mall
Lukhozi has been appointed by Keystone Investments as Civil Engineers for the design and implementation of the Corkwood Square Mall in Uitenhage.
The Principal Agents and Architects are Hammerhead Design and the Quantity Surveyor is Executive Surveyor.
The mall will cater to the diverse demographic group surrounding it. With well-known anchor tenants, several national fashion franchises, restaurants and banks already committed the mall is destined to become the prime shopping node in the community.
The development was divided into two phases: Phase 1 – The Bulk Earthworks Contract, which has been completed and Phase 2 – The Mall Construction, which commenced in September 2020.
Well done to GVK-Siya Zama on their appointment as the principal contractor for Phase 2.
