East London IDZ Automould Factory Extension Update

The factory is enclosed with a steel structure with a floor area of approximately 1,700sqm.  The structure will house an overhead crane with a safe working load of 30 tonnes. The project also includes modifications to the existing factory to address roofing and lighting defects. The work includes the removal of the existing skylights, minor modification to the roof structure, new roof sheeting in sections, the introduction of smoke ventilation and additional lighting.
