East London IDZ Automould Factory Extension
Lukhozi has been appointed by the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ) as Project Managers for the extension to the Automould factory.
The factory is enclosed with a steel structure with a floor area of approximately 1,700sqm. A unique feature of the structure is that it includes an overhead crane with a safe working load of 30 tonnes.
Lukhozi is responsible for managing the project team consisting of a multi-disciplinary design team. Lukhozi is further responsible for client and tenant interaction.
This project is 1 of 5 factories within the ELIDZ where Lukhozi are the appointed Project Managers and is a showcase of our specialist expertise and skill in this discipline.
