Lukhozi is responsible for managing the project team consisting of a multi-disciplinary design team and contractors on this accelerated project.  Lukhozi is further responsible for client interaction.

Lukhozi is pleased to report on the progress of another successful commercial development in our portfolio of projects.

Currently, the project is in month 7 of a 14 month project.  The project is at the halfway point in terms of the planned project duration. The project team has progressed swiftly with accuracy and foresight.   Potential delays are constantly being identified as soon as possible and are being dealt with rapidly as they arise.  This proactive approach to project management has resulted in the project team exceeding the planned expenditure and progress targets ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

This project is 1 of 4 factories within the ELIDZ where Lukhozi are the appointed Project Managers and is a showcase of our specialist expertise and skill in this discipline. The success of this project to date is contributed by the excellent work of the project team and the performance of the principal contractor, WBHO.
