The team in our Queenstown office have walked a long road with the implementation of the 1000 houses that make up the Lubisi Housing Project.
This low-cost housing project benefits communities from 9 different rural villages which are located approximately 30km north of Cofimvaba in the Insika Yethu Local Municipality. The project footprint covers an area of 150 km² which has made administering this project particularly challenging in terms of materials handling, logistics and Construction Monitoring.
Despite the many challenges that were presented during the implementation of this project, the team persisted and to date, have handed over the keys to nearly 800 elated beneficiaries who are now proud homeowners.
The balance of the houses will be constructed by the end of 2022, we look forward to the completion of another successful project.
