Mdantsane is buzzing with the new development of a renowned fast food franchise, McDonald’s, at the Mdantsane City Mall.

Congratulations to Lukhozi’s Civil and Structural team on their appointment and their ability to deliver at an accelerated pace, with detailed design completed within a month of our appointment.

Construction commenced in May 2021 and is currently on schedule to be completed within the tight timeframe of 4 months.

The project team consists of Impendulo Design Architects, Transtruct (Main Contractor), MMDP Quantity Surveyors, Ketshana Consulting Engineers and SWP (Health & Safety).
