Paterson Police Station

Lukhozi Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd was appointed by the National Department of Public Works (NDPW) as the Structural Engineer for the reconstruction of Paterson Police Station in the Eastern Cape.

Phase 1 was practically completed towards the end of 2019, and construction of Phase 2 is underway.

The 5 star rated Police complex will comprise the following structures:

The Police Station, comprising an administration section, holding cells and service areas;
Police Station carports;
Generator room;
Fuel storage room;
Single quarters;
Single quarters carports;
Married quarters including outbuildings; and
A Circuit Court with ablutions.
