Project Update: Construction of the Edward Avenue Housing Project
Edward Avenue Housing Project is a 2.1 hectare greenfield residential development in Ottery, approximately 20 km south east of Cape Town CBD.
Lukhozi Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd is responsible for the design and construction monitoring of the bulk earthworks, roads, sidewalks, stormwater, water and sewer reticulation to service 126 erven within the development.
The contract was awarded and the contractor commenced with works in May 2022.
With the project currently on programme, it is expected to reach completion in October 2022.
We look forward to carrying out this project with the City of Cape Town, the contractor and the OH&S agent.
