Upgrade and Refurbishment of the Wynberg Municipal Court

Lukhozi Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd has been appointed by the City of Cape Town for Stages 1 to 4 for the Upgrade and Refurbishment of the Wynberg Municipal Court.

The existing building comprises of an entrance lobby, kitchen, passages/corridors, ablutions, offices and meeting rooms. This building will be converted into a court and all electrical installations will be removed and upgraded.

The following services will form part of the scope of work:

• Electrical installations, small power and lighting;
• Access control and intruder detection systems;
• Closed circuit television (CCTV) internal and external monitoring;
• Network, data outlets and Wi-Fi for the building and office areas; and
• Fire detection system in accordance with SANS 10400 and SANS 10139.
